Returns Policy
We aim to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and it is with this in mind we offer a straight forward no quibble refund or exchange policy.
From the moment you purchase your item and upto 7 days of you receiving the order you are entitled to cancel the order under the 'Distance Selling Regulations' provided goods are returned in original conditional and in an unused condition.
After this period, if for any reason you are unhappy with your goods please return within 28 days of receiving your order and we will process a refund or exchange after returned item has been inspected.
Please note refund does not include the cost of postage and customers posting items back are responsible for the items safe passage back to us, this includes items with free delivery.
Postage costs are refunded when the customer cancels within 7 days or in the rare event that the item received is faulty.
Full refunds are subject to the item being unworn and unused and returned in their original packaging as sent.
If you are buying a gift for someone during the christmas period, we can offer an exchange up until the end of January 30th.
You can either call or e-mail us ahead prior to arranging a return/exchange or you can simply return your items with a note describing your reason for return/exchange.
